Six&Seven was founded by a pair of adventurous writers – Jasper and Saunders, who believe the best dish to serve in any restaurant is the cold, hard truth. Here at Six&Seven, we value honesty; we believe good food should be shared, and bad ones should be spared.

Six&Seven also sheds light on new and upcoming restaurants that are worth your calories. Whether it’s a romantic first date, just a quick meal or even the adventurous side of you talking, we provide you with restaurant recommendations (and those to avoid) for every occasion. With two young writers of contrasting tastes, let us help you see food in a different light.

“When it comes to food, it’s all in the packaging.”

Raised by a family of food lovers, Saunders developed his acute palate taste at a very young age. Armed with his camera, he is always on the hunt for new dining places. Saunders is adventurous in trying new food, and believes the waistline is a good reflection of prosperity.

When asked, he describes a respectable restaurant as a place that not only serves good food, but also complemented with good ambience and service.

“Food is all about the dining experience.”

What started out as just something fun for Jasper has developed into a passion for food over the years. Always having weird urges to take pictures of other diners’ food, he is used to being forcefully restrained by dining companions, but has yet to have security called on him. Jasper is open to all sorts of cuisines and dishes, and is always on the lookout for a good meal or deal.

To him, an ideal restaurant is one that combines good food, friendly service and a warm ambience.
