Known for the extensive buffet spread at Japanese-inspired Triple Three, Mandarin Orchard Singapore’s mooncake collection this year spots both traditional favourites and innovative creations inspired by exotic Japanese ingredients, such as the new Limited Edition Mini Baked Mooncakes with Purple Potato, Matcha Red Bean, White Kidney Beans and Japanese Chestnut ($75 for 8pcs, 2 pcs per flavour).

Mooncakes are packaged in a custom-designed red gift box with an intricate lattice pattern. Encased within are individual boxes arranged to form a golden moon.
