For an extremely limited period of 5 days, from 17 to 21 May 2016, Michelin-star chef Roberto Rispoli will present a special menu of his signature dishes at Raffles Grill, Raffles Singapore.

Il Carpaccio - Squid Ink Farfalle

Pompeii-born Chef Roberto discovered his passion for cooking a young age of 16, where he started off at a cozy family restaurant. He now helms the kitchen at famed Il Carpaccio at Le Royal Monceau, Raffles Paris, where his excellent Southern Italian cuisine won the establishment a Michelin star in 2013.

Highlights from the rich and flavourful menu he’ll be serving at Raffles Grill include Artichoke Salad with Black Truffle, Squid Ink Farfalle with Sea Snails, Mediterranean Organic Seabass, and the Tiramisu with Amaretto, Mascarpone Cream, Coffee Jelly and Salted Chocolate.

Dishes will be available on an a la carte basis, set lunches (2-courses at $58, 3-courses at $68), as well as a 5-course Degustation Menu ($198).

Raffles Grill will also be hosting a one-night only Tuscany Wine Dinner ($188 per person, 4-courses) on 18 May, pairing Chef Roberto’s masterful cuisine with Tenuta di Trinoro wines from UNESCO World Heritage site of Val d’Orcia in south-eastern Tuscany.
