GIVEAWAY: Norwegian Salmon Yusheng from TungLok Seafood

Giveaway - NSC Norwegian Salmon Yusheng

Some restaurants have opted for fishless alternatives for their Yusheng creations this festive season after the National Environment Agency (NEA) ban on consumption of raw freshwater fish, though sale of raw saltwater fish is still allowed as restaurants generally observe proper cold chain and food handling processes, and meat is sourced from suppliers of fish intended for raw consumption.

Norwegian Salmon, one of the most prominent fishes featured during the Chinese New Year period, is a saltwater fish and is safe to be eaten raw.

More than 90% of the fresh salmon available in Singapore is directly imported from Norway and flown in within 48-hours from harvest. Norwegian Salmon features a fresh, tasty and smooth flavour, as well as a vibrant colour, making it the preferred choice for both retailers and restaurants.
