After months of renovations, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa, Singapore’s latest 5-star luxury resort hotel, is finally unveiled. Set within a gorgeous, lush sanctuary at the top of a cliff rising above Tanjong Beach, the serene space is now completed with a distinctive French elegance.
The luxe property also boasts the world’s largest So SPA – spanning 6,000 sqm – which offers a unique outdoor movie experience under the stars on Friday and Saturday nights. Keep an eye out for upcoming relaunch of The Cliff, quite possibly the most romantic restaurant in Singapore, where the team from ilLido will present fine Italian cuisine.
What sets the Magnifique Sunday Champagne Brunch (prices start $138 for adults) at Kwee Zeen, Sofitel’s upscale all-day dining restaurant helmed by Executive Chef Eric Crochetière, apart from other Sunday brunches located on the main Singapore island – besides the spectacular views of the South China Sea – is that it rewards every diner with complimentary access to their gorgeous pool, and 20% off any poolside drinks after brunch till 7pm.
Highlight from Kwee Zeen’s 16 culinary stations – ranging from a la minute foie gras station to a tandoor section, and an amazing chocolaterie and ‘live’ crepe station – is most definitely the ‘live’ seafood station that spotlights specially flown-in seafood.
Tuck into a glorious spread of lobsters from Boston, sea urchin, caviar, fresh oysters and four different varieties of crab: Mud crabs, Alaskan King crabs, Dungeness crabs and Brown crabs.
Equally drool-worthy is their housemade Coffee-marinated Salmon, where that aromatic flavour and subtle sweetness of coffee is infused into the wonderfully executed fish.
On weekdays, Kwee Zeen serves up a scrumptious menu of Pan-Asian and French fare, and some of their a la carte selection is also featured at brunch.
Cheese enthusiasts can look forward to sampling over 30 types of different cheeses at Kwee Zeen.
Do save some space for the handcrafted truffles by Chef Eddy at the Chocolaterie – his creations are both delightfully exquisite and palatable. There are also some interesting creations, such as Durian and Cempedak truffles, that are available for retail.
Kwee Zeen’s Magnifique Sunday Champagne Brunch is available on Sundays, from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, is priced at $138 per adult with free-flow soft drinks and juices, or $168 for free-flow Taittinger Champagne and alcohol.
From now till 27 December 2015 on every Sundays, enjoy 20% off Magnifique Sunday Champagne Brunch at Kwee Zeen when you book via here.
