From 12 to 28 March 2013, savour an amalgam of signature Scandinavian delicacies and seafood at Triple Three, Mandarin Orchard Singapore as they bring in both a wondrous selection of seafood and Guest Chef Adrian Løvold from the Kingdom of Norway.

Feast upon freshly-shucked oysters, Atlantic Lobsters, Blue Mussels, Deep Sea Sweet Prawns, King Crabs, and Scallops fresh off the Nordic seas, or pick on their array of smoked hors d’oeuvres, or Japanese dishes given a Scandinavian twist—such as the Saba Mackerel Maki Roll.

The highlight of the Norwegian-themed buffet dinner experience will be Chef Adrian Løvold’s celebrated creations—such as Salmon and Asparagus with Brown Butter Emulsion, and Steamed Saithe with Mushroom Stew—before ending off the meal right with a luscious selection of Norwegian desserts and pastries.


The Celebration of Seafood from Norway dinner buffet is only available at Triple Three from 12 to 28 March 2013, and is priced at $128 per pax.
